Meerut Management Association organized two days workshop on Lean Methodology on 12 & 13 May 2017 at Dewan VS Institute, Delhi Bypass Road, Meerut

More than 25 Factory Owners and Managers took part as participants from various industries.

The Workshop was arranged to teach about Lean Manufacturing. Lean manufacturing is a systematic approach for identifying and eliminating waste in operations through continuous improvement for doing everything more efficiently, reducing the cost of operating the system and fulfilling the customers desire for maximum value at the lowest price.
