Meerut Management Association organized a talk in association with Rotary Club of Saket on Rooftop Rain Water Harvesting on 13 July 2019 at Hotel Crystal Palace, Lalkurti, Meerut.

Er. P. S. Singhal, Retd. Civil Engineer, Irrigation Department was the distinguished speaker who enlightened the benefits of Rain Water Harvesting. He said that Rooftop Rain Water Harvesting is the technique through which rain water is captured from the roof catchments and stored in reservoirs. Harvested rain water can be stored in sub-surface ground water reservoir by adopting artificial recharge techniques to meet the household needs through storage in tanks. The Main Objective of rooftop rain water harvesting is to make water available for future use.

Meerut’s renowned Entrepreneurs, Industrialists, professionals and the members of Meerut Managment Association and Rotary Club of Saket were present during the program.

Mr. Vibhor Agrawal, President, Meerut Management Association and Mr. Tanuj Gupta, Secretary, Rotary Club of Saket were the Program Convenors of the event.
