A seminar on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law and SME was organized by Meerut Management Association in association with Indian Industries Association at IIA Bhawan, Mohkumpur, Meerut.

The distinguished speaker was CA Sumit Bansal from Ghaziabad. He made the attendees aware about Insolvency Resolution Process, Fast Track Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, Administration and Distribution of the Estate etc. Besides, he also explained the process of return filing under the company law.

MMA and IIA members and council members were present during the seminar. The panel discussion helped in solving many doubts and queries of the members.

The vote of thanks was given by Mr. Tanuj Gupta, Secretary IIA and respected member of MMA. The members enjoyed high tea after the seminar. Dr. B. Devdutt Memorial Award for Professional Excellence was organized by Meerut Management Association at Western U. P. Chamber of Commerce, Bombay Bazar, Meerut.

The above award has been instituted and sponsored by Dr. Poonam Devdutt, Former President, in memory of her late husband Dr. B.Devdutt, Professor of Gynaecology, Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College & Hospital.

The award aims to honour and felicitate professionals who have consistently shown exceptional knowledge, competence and dedicated service to society.

This year, the award was conferred to Sh. B. D. Jain, Renowned Senior Advocate for professional excellence and he is the sixth recipient of this award. Dr. Kirti Dubey, Principal, Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College, Meerut was the guest of honour.

The President of MMA, Mr. Ankur Jaggi & Event Chairman, Mr. Gaurav Jain, Vice President MMA welcomed all the guests and members.

Meerut Management Association organized a talk on 3D Printing Technology and its Applications in India on 08 December 2017 at Dayal Fertilizer Conference Hall, Partapur, Delhi Road, Meerut.

Mr. Avikshit, 3D Printing Expert was the distinguished speaker. The members enjoyed delicious refreshment organized by M/s Dayal Fertilizer after the talk. Meerut’s renowned Entrepreneurs, Industrialists, professionals and Guests were present during the program.

A lecture was delivered by Mr. Rakesh Kohli, (Former President) Meerut Management Association at IIMT Group of Colleges, Meerut in association with Meerut Management Association on 8th December, 2017.

Mr. Rakesh Kohli shared his experiences with the young and budding students. The practical experiences will help in enhancing the knowledge of Students. Students were also motivated by Mrs. Monika Kohli, W/O Mr. Rakesh Kohli and a Famous Cine Actress and Model.
