A seminar on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law and SME was organized by Meerut Management Association in association with Indian Industries Association at IIA Bhawan, Mohkumpur, Meerut.

The distinguished speaker was CA Sumit Bansal from Ghaziabad. He made the attendees aware about Insolvency Resolution Process, Fast Track Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, Administration and Distribution of the Estate etc. Besides, he also explained the process of return filing under the company law.

MMA and IIA members and council members were present during the seminar. The panel discussion helped in solving many doubts and queries of the members.
