A lecture on “Build Yourself and Build the Nation” was conducted by Col. B.N.Yadav at JP Institute of Management, Mawana road. Col Yadav gave various tips to students to develop themselves so they can contribute better in developing the nation. The program was arranged by Mr. Amit Singhal, Director JPIMS and Er.Ashok Singhal.

Meerut Management Association, Combined the Independence Day Celebration with its social responsibility by donating Rs. 10000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Manish Govil Memorial Trust (Abha Manav Mandir), an Old Age Home, and planted trees jointly with YES Bank Ltd. Program was coordinated by Mr. Vikas Goel, Er. Ashok Singhal & Miss Sheetal from Yes Bank.

A Lecture was conducted By Mr. Rakesh Kohli, CEO of M/S Stag International (Former President MMA) at Meerut Institute of Engineering & Technology on Development of Entrepreneurship. Mr. Rakesh Kohli told students a success story of Stag International and how to develop Entrepreneurship. It was a very informative session.

A Yoga Session was organised on International Yoga Day 21st June 2015 at Yog Sadhna Kendra, Saket, Meerut. Members from Various Organisations attended the session. Dr.Jyoti, a Doctor appointed at the Centre explained various aspects and benefits of Yoga.

One of the most happening events of MMA took place from 2^nd June to 6^th June 2015. This was the 4^th such workshop of its kind. Previously this kind of workshop took place in 2003, 2005 & 2006. More than 70 Factory Owners, Managers, Engineers and supervisors took part from various manufacturing industries. The Workshop was arranged to train MSME personal for their better understanding of Quality, Productivity and Profitability of their Organizations. Participants were given information about Six Sigma, 7 QC tools, 5S – the starting point of the quality journey, ISO9001 – main principles and features, 8-D problem solving method, PDCA etc.
