This year’s Dayal Annual Debate was slightly different compared to previous year where 15 teams participated. Out of total 30 participants, 19 were girl participants.

The Topic was “Aam Admi Party will change the face of India.”

The jury members were Retd.DGP (odisha) Shyam Mohan Mathur, Mr. Divyesh Gupta (Advocate) and Mr. R.K.Agarwal, VP Dayal Fertilizers (P) Ltd.

The Running Trophy was given to Kalka Instt. Of Research & Advanced Studies, Meerut

The First, Second & Third prize were given as under:

First –     Miss Urvashi Gupta of Kalka Instt.

Second—Miss Prateeksha Kaul of MIET

Third–    Mr. Rahul Batra of Vidya College of Creative Teaching.

Ms. Astha anchored the whole event. The co-ordination of the debate was done by Mr. Ankit Singhal and was a huge success.

 

A Workshop on Cyber Crime, Threats & Security was conducted on 31^st January 2014. 

Mr. Rakshit Tandon gave us an insight about the world of Cyber Crime. He highlighted how we are dependent on the web world today in our daily lives and though it is a convenience but at the same time we are exposing our personal data to the whole world and how hacker and anti-social element are accessing them via Mobile phone/ ATM Card/Credit Card/ E-mail & Social Media. He also suggested ways to safeguard ourselves against these.

A Workshop on Electronic Security and Surveillance and Wireless Networking in IT Domain was held on 22^nd November 2013.

Mr. Puneet Kumar Gargya gave us an insight about Electronic Security and Surveillance and Wireless Networking in IT Domain in all types of businesses. These days it is in practical use in Retail and Household for tracking and security issues. MMA members had learned different process and agreed to implement it in their factories, showrooms and residences.

Capt. V.K.Gupta was the event Chairman of this program.

To celebrate the Festival of light, members and their families gathered at Management House,  Pallav puram, Meerut for a fun filled evening wrapped in the colorful gaiety of Punjab, with exotic food and games.

10 lucky draws were sponsored by Tanishq. Special prizes for best gidda dancer, best bhangra dancers, best dressed couple in Punjabi attire and many more surprise gifts.

Everyone had a gala time with music & songs followed by sumptuous food.
